InsightFuel designs and builds a system we call “Trailers and Trusses” to deploy rapidly onto a private, behind-the-fence fleet fueling site.
We design, build, install, and commission sites with fewer hand-offs and delays compared to a traditional construction model.
InsightFuel uniquely offers a transportable CNG/RNG fueling station built onto a trailer chassis. Platforms are typically 53′ drop-deck trailers featuring an Ariel compressor packaged by our our partner, Dearing Compressor with either an NG engine or electric drive package, desiccant dryer, storage and controls.
The modular nature of our design allow us to add additional compressor(s), storage and dispensing options on a second trailer.
All major equipment – compressor, dryer, storage and trailer – are manufactured within 100 mile radius for efficiency and control.
Our projects commission very quickly because equipment integration is done off-site.
Prefabricated overhead trusses minimize site civil work.
Preparing to fuel new medium duty and heavy duty NGVs from overhead trusses minimizes the disruption and safety hazards presented when building a traditional time-fill fueling site.
Most of the mechanical and electrical work is performed off-site. Up to nine trusses can be delivered on a single trailer shipment to fuel up to ninety vehicles (with optional cantilever extensions).
